  • If your previous attempts to lose weight have failed, it’s not
    because you failed. It’s because whatever “diet” program you
    tried failed you. Contrary to magazine and late-night television
    advertisements, there is no magic pill or elixir you can take that
    will give you the long term results you are searching for. Why?
    Because weight gain is not simply eating too much or a matter
    of being lazy. Weight gain has many factors that come into play.

Our Approach

  • So, what is different about our program and how is it that our clients are able to successfully maintain weight loss months and years after attaining their health goals?


Easy, it’s not a “diet”! Anything you try will have some short-term effect because it is a change in behavior. However, once we return to old behaviors the weight comes back on and often the individual ends up weighing more than when they first started! (AKA “Yo-Yo-dieting”)


  • Daily Support

Health Coach: Study after study shows that support and guidance increase your chances of success in losing weight.


Community: Your main point of support is your Health Coach but you will also be part of a much larger community of like-minded, like-hearted people that have either just started their journey, are in progress or reached their goals and continue to pour in to encourage others.


  • Education

As your personal Health Coach, we will be there to guide you and help you develop healthy NEW behaviors in the form of habits. Habits that empower you to not only reach your health goals but lead to a lifelong transformation!


  • Simple & Convenient

While on our program*, most of your meals (aka “fuelings”) a day are provided so you can save time, effort and money in shopping, preparing and cooking; so you have more time to focus on becoming a healthier you.

  • Proven Nutrition

The most challenging aspect most face when trying to learn about nutrition is the complexity of learning the differences in carbohydrates, healthy fats vs. non, proteins and proper ratios per meal; which can be an overwhelming and daunting task.

The fuelings are delicious and specifically designed to provide all the right amounts of macronutrients (carbs/fat/protein), vitamins, no artificial ingredients and includes a probiotic blend (to promote positive gut health). All these elements are in the proper ratios as a catalyst to weight loss.
